Hyperliquid (HYPE) has launched HIP-3 Growth Mode, slashing trading fees on perpetual futures markets to as low as 0.00144% for takers. The MOVE decentralizes market listings, allowing third-party developers to launch DEXs tied to HyperCore without centralized approval.

Fee reductions scale with stake size and trading volume, a strategic play to attract liquidity. Builders can now activate discounted taker fees independently by posting bonds and following protocol guidelines.
